12/07/09 shawks1 Import pictures from a file
When I try to import a picture to edit a lesson I get this pop up box in the center that say: Sorry, this picture could not be imported. This file may not be a supported image file format.
This has just happened in the last month. Please help. What happened?

What file format is the image you are trying to import? If they are from a new digital camera that is saving the image in - for example xvid format - the program may not be able to open it.
If you are running version 4.0 or 4.1 and there is a problem with the program - try downloading and running the 4.2 updater (free on the website) as this may fix the problem.
