Where can I get a CS4 manual? I got a quick start guide with the program but I need something more in-depth. It doesn't seem to be included on the disks. Am I missing something?

When you launch the program - click on the question mark at the bottom right of the screen. This opens up what basically would be a binder on using all facets of the program. You can search for topics, etc.
If you open any template, the Intructions button takes you to this document also - on the left of the screen that opens displays what document is being displayed.
