does anyone know how to change the font on the templates. All the letters and instructions are in cursive and I cant even read it let alone my students. help please

Sounds like something didn't get installed correctly when you installed the program? The font in the templates is typically Arial. What version are you running - there is a 4.2 updater on the website.
