	I forgot my password or sign in information. What should I do? 1. On the Sign In page, click the link below the Sign In form titled 'I Forgot My Sign In Information' 2. Enter your email address that you used to Join into the text field and click the 'Submit' button 3. An email will be sent to you containing your sign in name, and a new password. Included in the email is a link to activate your new password 4. The activation link must be clicked or copied into the address bar of a web browser to activate your new password NOTE: passwords are case sensitive. If you use upper case letters when selecting a password you will need to always use upper case when signing in.
