The downloaded file from the Activity Exchange crashes the application that it is supposed to work with Read the activity description to find out what applications you need installed on your computer to open the downloaded files.
Make sure that you have the most current version of the applications installed on your computer

IntelliPics files should be opened with the IntelliPics Player or IntelliPics installed on your computer. If you have IntelliTools Classroom Suite installed on your computer, do not double-click the IntelliPics downloaded file. Instead, open the IntelliTools Classroom Suite application to open a New IntelliPics Studio 3 document. Then, from the File menu select Import IntelliPics File and navigate to the location of your IntelliPics file to open it.
