INTELLITOOLS DOES NOT DOES NOT VERIFY OR WARRANTY FUNCTIONALITY, CONTENT OR APPROPRIATENESS. ALL MATERIAL AVAILABLE ON THE ICAE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. Information entered into the Profile window of the ICAE is entered and available for viewing at the sole discretion of the member and may be changed at any time at the sole discretion of the member. Information provided by you at areas other than the ICAE is only for providing you with information and notices regarding IntelliTools, Inc at your request and for no other reason.
